Stress

What is Stress?

Stress is one of the most common mental health problems in the UK. Stress can be tolerated in small amounts, however, prolonged or intense can have a negative impact on life e.g. relationships and work performance, leading to depression and panic attacks.

Common signs of stress include issues concentrating, trouble sleeping, irritability, negative thoughts, mood swings and withdrawal.

Think Forward Health aims to tackle, with you, the root cause of stress, and ways to manage it. The counselling process is designed to help you explore the causes of stress created by work, family, and past experiences.
